Product images are representative. Custom items depend on the details you provide at checkout. We may contact you to confirm spelling, colors, and deadlines before production.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in LKR unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment methods available at checkout must be completed as instructed to confirm your order.
Orders and cancellation
An order is confirmed once we accept payment and begin processing. Cancellations before production may be accepted at our discretion—see [Returns](/returns).
Intellectual property
All site content, logos, and designs are owned by Craft Lady's Gallery or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.
